I started building on the Microsoft CRM platform when version 1.0 shipped — that's 24+ years and every generation of the product. From on-premise CRM through Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform, I've architected solutions for hundreds of organizations: Federal Government agencies, Fortune 500 enterprises, mid-market manufacturers, and startups building their first sales workflows.
I founded xRM Studio because I saw too many partners failing their customers. Not because the technology was wrong, but because the teams building them didn't take the time to perform proper discovery and the developers were too junior to handle real architecture. Every engagement with xRM Studio gets a Senior Architect. We write code daily in C#, TypeScript, PowerFx, and YAML Flow.
Today our team spans the Washington, DC Metro area and Santo Domingo, DR — all Eastern timezone, all working in real-time. We've expanded into AI implementations, complex integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and API development.

What is a CRM rescue?
A CRM rescue is when we come in to fix a Dynamics 365 CE implementation that isn't working — whether it was done by another partner, an internal team, or a freelancer. We audit what's broken, build a remediation plan, and get your CRM to where it should have been from the start.
Do you work with clients outside of Washington DC?
Absolutely. We have teams in the Washington, D.C. metro area and Santo Domingo, DR. We work with clients across the United States and abroad. Most engagements are delivered remotely with occasional on-site visits for workshops and go-live support.

A focused Phase 1 implementation typically takes 8-12 weeks. We use an agile approach with weekly sprints, so you see meaningful progress quickly. Complex projects with integrations and data migration may take 4-6 months.
Do you offer ongoing support after go-live?
Absolutely. We offer support retainer packages that include system administration, user support, enhancement development, and regular system health checks. Most clients stay with us on a retainer post go-live.
Can you help with Power Platform without Dynamics 365?
Yes. Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) works independently of Dynamics 365 CE. We build standalone Power Platform solutions for clients who need custom apps, workflow automation, or business intelligence without a full CRM implementation.
Do you build solutions outside of Dynamics 365?
Yes. While Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are our core expertise, we also build custom web applications, REST APIs, Azure Functions, and integrations. If it runs on the Microsoft stack, we build it. Our developers work in TypeScript, C#, Python, and PowerFx every day.
